Where do you work with clients?
We offer both virtual and in-person services depending on the program and your location. Most services are designed to work seamlessly online, so you can organize from the comfort of your home or office.

Is everything confidential?
Absolutely. We are fully insured, bonded, and maintain strict confidentiality. Trust is the foundation of everything we do.


ORGANIZE WHAT MATTERS

What is Organize What Matters?
Organize What Matters is our signature personal organizing service. We help you sort, structure, and secure essential documents like financial records, end-of-life planning, home records, and more.

Who is this service best for?

  • Pre-retirees and retirees
  • Caregivers managing a loved one’s affairs
  • Busy adults who want their paperwork organized before a life transition

How long does the process take?
You’ll receive a 60-minute virtual session plus a personalized Paper Relief Plan (PDF). After your session, you’ll have a clear, customized roadmap you can continue implementing at your own pace. If you’d like additional help after receiving your plan, you’re welcome to book follow-up sessions separately.

Do I have to be organized already?
Nope! We meet you wherever you are. No judgment — just solutions.

THE PREPARED CEO™

What is The Prepared CEO™?
The Prepared CEO™ is our strategic service for small business owners who need to organize the “business behind their business.” We help you streamline your digital, paper, and financial systems so you can save time, reduce stress, and operate with greater confidence and efficiency — all through personalized (virtual) organizing and consulting support.

Who should sign up for The Prepared CEO™?

Is this coaching or organizing?

What is the Life in Order Membership?
It’s an ongoing monthly program that guides you through organizing your personal, financial, and digital life — one manageable step at a time. Each month, we tackle a new topic with toolkits, templates, live sessions, and community support.

Is there a commitment?
No long-term contracts. Stay as long as you like — cancel anytime if life changes.
